Why are fathers like this...?
Whenever I would ask my father for help with anything, he always had some excuse. When he lived with us he just worked, stayed on his computer, and helped other people with theirs. He has a nice car, an Audi A4 to be exact. When I asked him to help me get a car, he asked me why do I only call him for financial reasons and never just to say "hello". I was astonished by the fact that he could even ask such a thing when he is the one that left us and never kept in contact. He would occasionally talk to my mother but not my sister and me.
Two years ago when I turned twenty, he took me out for my birthday. After we left the restaurant he took me to see my brother. I can't even begin to tell you how angry I was. My brother is a total brat and has way more than what my father ever gave to my sister and me. Meanwhile, I still don't have a car and paying for my education all on my own.
What is his problem?
You may also want some counseling on this too.
GL
i hate to say it but your father is a little sexist.
you should listen to the song all american girl by carrie underwood and in the beginning,
it says
"Since the day, they got married, he been wishing for a little baby boy
Someone, he could take fishing, throw the football and be his pride and joy
he could already see him holding that trophy, taking his team to state"
Well, your father was sorta wanting a boy son,
and then two girls popped out
and he was just sorta disapointed
and now that he has a son
he's like whoop de doo
i'm gonna focus all my attention span on HIM
because my dream has finally come true
get it?
